N<\/big>axos has much to offer, incluring many trees and many churches, and some of them are truly remarkable.<\/p>\n

\nThere are many kermes oaks in the Traga\u00eda, but this one is unique.<\/small><\/p>\n

\nOnly when you look a little closer do you realise that this oak is not growing on the ground…<\/small><\/p>\n

\n\u2026but on a church!<\/small><\/p>\n

\"\"
\nHere you can see the small, collapsed building of the church.<\/small><\/p>\n

\"\"
\nOne can mainly recognize that it is a church by the round apse.<\/small><\/p>\n

\"\"
\nThe oak grows on the arch, which is still standing.<\/small><\/p>\n

\"\"
\nHere you can see from the other side that the oak tree is actually rooted on top of the building.<\/small><\/p>\n

I<\/big> have not yet been able to find out which saint this church was once dedicated to – a nameless little church that has been forgotten. But without doubt a holy place!<\/p>\n
